questions about service and leasing
Can I lease a Mahlkönig grinder?
Yes. We arrange leasing through mBank, also together with a machine. The instalment depends on the equipment value, term and down payment.
When should burrs be replaced?
When the burr life quoted by the manufacturer is approaching, or when the grinder becomes slower and extraction harder to keep. We check burr condition during maintenance and plan replacement.
Do you service grinders bought elsewhere?
Yes. Describe the model and the problem in the form and we will arrange maintenance or repair.
Do you cover the whole of Poland?
Yes. Delivery, set-up and service are available nationwide.
